I am a 16 year old female beginning in the bodybuilding world . I need tips on what to eat and what types of workouts are best for bulking up. I already have a weight gainer which is the syntha-6 . I just need tips on where to start , i know i should eat like twice the normal calorie intake but i also want to know how much heavier weights should i lift. Obviously i can't lift like 80 pounds since i am weak and skinny but how much should i be lifting to start out with? Thanks in advance !

You don't need a mega calorie surplus, though I don't know what you're consuming now, and therefore don't know what twice that would be.
Women can only gain about 1/2 pound of muscle per month. Before you add heavy weights, practice form, and get it down %100. When you're ready for weights, you should be going for whatever you can lift for about 6-10 reps before reaching a point where you can't do another rep without losing form.
