    Bodyfat Estimate

    Hi,

    Sorry for the poor quality pics but i was wondering if it was possible to roughly estimate my bodyfat? I am 5'10, 175lbs and would like to lose a few pounds of fat before bulking, with a view to ending up a lean 180lbs. I have been lifting a few months with a crap diet, i am now getting my diet in check.

    Any estimates appreciated (all pics flexed)

    You could cut a bit further....maybe 5-7lbs of fat. Then I would bulk 4-5 months. Cut again for a couple months.
