    Face Fat

    Just wondering how you know when your face is fat free? For example, when I pinch my forearm i cant "grab" anything at all (just an empty layer of skin) - once your face has no fat on it is this the case, or can you still pinch a chunk of tissue ?

    Since I still have a modest amount of bodyfat in abdominal region/ upper legs does it follow that I garuntee have facial fat left to lose ?

    And if you get to the state of being "ripped" how noticably more defined does your face become if your coming from a 18% bf range?

    Unless you are in a state of malnutrition you should be able to pinch your cheeks.

    Given that you can't dictate where the fat comes off from, I don't see the point of worrying about it. You can either lose weight or not depending on if you are happy with your appearance.

    Mostly has to do with genetics. Some people have less fat on their faces, but more fat on their bodies and vice-versa. To get rid of face fat, you have to reduce you body fat. Good and clean diet, with heavy lifting, and some cardio will do the trick.

    mine went .. legs.. arms..chest..some stomach..face..then back to stomach

    as far as fat loss.. it's weird, you can't target, just keep watching those calories and working out, it will all come full circle
