Armbender those are some impressive forearms.

I just picked myself up a gyro power ball and it works incredible well. Try holding on to a ball whipping around at 12,000 rpms!

Another Exercise I would like to add to this workout

2 Hand DB Preacher Hammer Curls.

The Db is turned on its side so you can hold the OUTSIDE of the weights. This only works with HEX DB's or RUbber DB's as the steel plated ones don't allow your hands to grab around them.

I use the rubber ones becasue it concentrates on your fingers more. Simply do a 2-hand Preacher Curl, but only holding the outside of the weight, your forced to apply pressure sideways to hold the weight in which attacks the upper part of your wrist, at the top of the rep, the weight is attacking your thumb and at the bottom of the rep, the weight is attacking your fingers...

This is an awesome exercise. I have been doing this for a couple weeks now and LOVE them....

I'm gonna have to give this a try cause the stability in my wrist suck. I always need people to stop me anytime I go slightly heavy with my dumbell bench press.
Those who are to small will get stepped on. I WON'T be getting stepped on. Not now, not never!

I'll be to busy getting big, and making money.

I was thinking about wrapping a bar or Db with a little handtowel to make it wider and do hammer curls or reverse grip curls

Would making it wider have a better effect?

This is some good advice man. Just one question, I injured my wrist doing wrist curls and I was out for a couple months, and I'm afraid to do any forearm exercises because of that. What do you think my best option would be in terms of the least bending of the wrists?

limted...its extremely easy to injury that area due to the small tendons invlolved...if anything, throw in a couple exercises maybe 2 sets, every 4th day, very slow and controlled to build up some tolerance...

Thanks for taking the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love reading more on this topic. If possible, as you gain knowledge, would you mind updating your forum with extra information? It is extremely useful for me.
