    dumb bells up to 45lbs
    Leg extenstion/leg curl accessory
    Curl bar
Leg Press/ Hip sled / hack squat / calf raise machine

I am interest in cutting right now I will be doing HITT cardio 2 days a week
    Any help is appreciated thanks

ever consider alternating that to chest/bis back/tris?

since back generally inherintly incorporates bicep work, it tends to take (if not just a bit) from your bicep workout, same with chest and tris. so alot of people i know alternate those and do them "chest/bis back/tris

not that theres anything wrong with your way at all.
Lift till your muscles explode....then do two more reps!

could do a: (input your own amount of sets and reps as i do not know what your goals are or what your level is.
    chest/tris:
    bench press,
    flyes for chest then
    tricep kickbacks and
    skullcrushers for triceps

    back/bis:
    deadlift,
    pullups,
good mornings(if you can handle them after deadlifts)
rear flyes (do all 4 or just an upper and a lower, since i have you hitting your chest twice you should also hit your upper back twice imo same with your lower)

    legs:
    squats
    leg press
    wide stance leg press(hamstrings)
    calf raises

    shoulders:
    military press
    side raises
    front raises

hmm its sloppy but not bad, plus im sure some more people will elaborate over top of this
and fill in some better options
