Hello everyone on BB, i was about 330 pounds about 5-6 months about and i have lost about 91 pounds so far with a diet and alot of cardio i would like to start a 3-4 day split program but i dont know the rep ranges for the workouts still trying to lose weight at the same time.
the 3 day would be like
Day 1 Chest, triceps traps, 20 mins cardio
Day 2 Back,Biceps Abs, 20 mins cardio
Day 3 Shoulders, Legs, 20 mins cardio
then a day off and repeat
any advise would be super helpful from the people of BB
