When I workout my penis gets really tiny to 3 inches to about half it's size and It is really bothering me. Last week I took a week off because of an injury and when I did chest again I hit it hard but at that time I couldn't find my penis where ever I looked. I think this is happening because my blood leaves my penis and goes to other body parts. I tried putting some heat pads on my testicles to heat them up so blood flows down to them but they just got saggy and my penis came out a little maybe 4 inches out but I feel like it's shrunk...any advice? I don't wear a cup either at the gym would that help? Are boxers okay while working out?

Have you tried rubbing it in between sets?
Also use a good heating cream and add 20 drops of tabasco.

rub some icy hot on there before your workout and you should be fine
