IMO, it would depend on the position, and the duration (number of "reps"). That's about as serious as I can muster!
No brain, no gain.

The thought crossed my mind during doggy style recently- it suddenly dawned on me that maybe the reason I've never had a hernia despite lifting heavy and being relatively fat was because that area of my anatomy gets a lot of use.
(no e-brag)
I think it's safe to say that as a rule, middle-aged guys who can deadlift a lot are probably the best at pleasing their women.Last edited by ...Kennedy; 11-27-2009 at 09:02 AM.

Yes it does, in the push up position.
And it's great cardio too.
But rather than rely on sex to improve fitness, I rely on fitness to improve sex.
I know there are a lot of positions that improve flexibility as well, but I digress!
PS To win the argument tell your friend to resume the push up position and f*** the brains out of the floor for 15 minutes.Last edited by christos_swc; 11-27-2009 at 12:27 PM.
