    3 months chest development

    a bit of background info:
    ive been training for around a year, but didnt go serious before late august.
    gone from 3x training a week to 6-7 days a week, and ive started doing serious nutrition. also i have done supplements since agust. thoose are protein, creatine, caffein pills, vitain pills and fishoil pills. anyways,
    since going serious ive seen some good gains but especially in my chest area i seem to have decent genes, anyways heres my 3 months chest transformation

    definate improvement. shape is there now and tone. good effort man. if you want your chest to look 10 times better thou hit up all the cardio. time to get much leaner. nice results keep it up

    hey lookin good man. a couple more months of doing what you've been doing and you'll be ripped.

    i agree with the cardio aspect, if you aren't already getting some. I'd add 10-15 min HIIT sessions 2-4 times a week to rev up the results.

    thanks for the kind words guys, yeah i dont have enough cardio implemented in my workout at the moment, i will get it up as you guys say, and become leaner before i visit usa in february
