I usually work out each muscle group twice a week...
Monday chest delts and triceps
tuesday legs
wednesday back and biceps
thursday chest...
friday legs
sat back...
When I do these I feel perfectly fine, but two weeks ago I injured my wrist so I took a full week off (monday-sunday) and that break was basically considered taking a week off and when I did chest again my chest felt really tender and pumped after a week....does more of a pumped tender feeling mean that once a week program might be better for me? where can I find a good one?
