    Is once a week for me?

    I usually work out each muscle group twice a week...

    Monday chest delts and triceps
    tuesday legs
    wednesday back and biceps
    thursday chest...
    friday legs
    sat back...

    When I do these I feel perfectly fine, but two weeks ago I injured my wrist so I took a full week off (monday-sunday) and that break was basically considered taking a week off and when I did chest again my chest felt really tender and pumped after a week....does more of a pumped tender feeling mean that once a week program might be better for me? where can I find a good one?

    Try taking a day or 2 off during the week. Your body needs recovery time as well. Also, your wrist healed in a week?. Damn, mine's taking over a month! and it's not even a complete fracture, just a minor one in the joint.

    You should do strength training at least 2x a week to obtain some benefit.
    I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.
    I'm not out there sweating for three hours every day just to find out what it feels like to sweat.
