    Wrestling Cramps

    Im not sure if anyone else wrestles, but i know that i get cramps in my legs like no other.. is their a vitamin, or special remedy that will help to reduce these painful, and restricting illaments? Hopefully their is because i hate this..

    I wrestle, and I find i sometimes I get Cramps/pains in my hamstring if Im not stretching properly, I find this in general though.

    Where abouts in your legs are you feeling it ?

    i feel it in my calfs, and hamstrings.. and not always but sometimes theighs..

    Potassium is it than? Its just such a pain in the ass, cuz u have to sit out and try and stretch it out.. and even than it doesnt always help

    just take a multivitamin and drink as much water as your weight allows. i had this problem in my hip flexers and calves whenever i had a lot of caffeine in my diet
