Hey all,
My name is Luis Acevedo and I'm a sophomore at Boston College and I am new to the forums. I'm 18 years old and for the past 3 years I've been training to compete in powerlifting competitions. Currently I weigh 150 and can squat 425, I can't back up my other bench and dealift numbers because of a wrist injury. This brings me to my question, how do you stay motivated when injured? I've hit a wall, and I don't hit the gym as often, and it doesn't help when people coment on how skinny I look (my arms are significantly smaller) as if it's a good thing! Also any advice on workout routines that don't involve anything to do with my wrist, I'm running out of ideas...
Thanks, and I look foward to getting to know people that care about their bodies as much as I do, as well as have a passion for pushing yourself to the limit, I hope I came to the right place!
