i've had this weird dull ache in my right nut since like freshman year of college 4 years ago. It comes and goes but recently it's back and hurts more than ever. it's more of a dull ache than a sharp pain or anything but it's still driving me nuts.
I went to the doctor like 2 years ago to get it checked out and he gave me a testicular exam and said he couldn't feel a tumor or anything. I then went to get an ultrasound and it came back fine. He said it was an inflammation of the epididymis and that it would go away.
2 years later it still hasn't gone away and hurts more than ever. It sometimes impacts my performance in bed and I'm ****ing tired of it. Could it be cancer or something even though the ultrasound came back negative?
It isn't the actual nut that hurts, but more the tube at the top of it connecting it to the rest of the plumbing (I guess that's the epididymis) for reference. I also thought it might be a torsion but since it's been around for 4 years I guess that rules it out (and lifting it up doesn't seem to take away any of the pain, which is common for a torsion, yes?) It also seems to hurt the most right after I get off.
Do not want amputated testicle and declining test levels. Help?
