Today I will be bulking, how does my meal plan look?
Breakfast:
All natural white chocolate peanut butter and fluff on a toasted whole grain bagel
3 Donuts
1/2 cup of oats w/ peanut butter
Toast w/ a little butter, brown sugar, cinnamon
A nutrigrain bar
2 Glasses of milk
A caramel vanilla latte
Midmorning snack:
Maybe another donut
Lunch:
Ramen noodles
Canister of fried chicken
Slim-fast w/ whey
Afternoon snack:
A whole bunch of cookies
Sparkling Cider
Dinner:
Turkey
Mashed potatoes
Biscuits
Sweet Potato Pie
Green bean casserole
Candied Yams
However much eggnog i can fit in my stomach
Dessert:
Pumpkin Pie
Apple Pie
Sweet Potato Pie
