Anyone have any experience with the 6x6x6 workout plan? I am doing the 5x5 and it is great. Until I f8d up my shoulder it was going well. Now I just eliminate the bench press and hope that won't negate the benefits of the entire program.
The 6x6x6 is for sale and naturally, the author claims it is better than the 5x5, but I wanted to know if anyone had any dealings with it. Is it worth 17.00??
Thanks

The entire world has had great success with 5 x 5 and its free.
Why mess with it?"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

The author claims its better than 5x5, no surprise. Does anyone else say its better than 5x5?
5 minute abs!? That's just crazy. You can't get a good ab workout in 5 minutes! 6 minutes is the perfect amount. And here's the kicker, if you don't like the 6 minute ab program, I'll throw in the 7th minute for freeThere is no such thing as 'strong enough'

7's the key number here. Think about it. 7-Elevens. 7 dwarves. 7, man, that's the number. 7 chipmunks twirlin' on a branch, eatin' lots of sunflowers on my uncle's ranch.
To sum up, both Tret and I agree you're better off waiting for 7x7x7, Peon recommends a far larger single set for the day, you're in very serious trouble with Crash and his cheese and Crupiea is the only one who's actually contributed constructively to your probably sincere question. Listen to him

New Shanghai Log!
"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

Oh, my, that's quite the find. It genuinely does seem to be selling on the fact that it's at least one better in every regard than Starr's. Hilarious!
As the other posters have said, buy SS and don't look back. The fact that absolutely none of us had even heard of the damn thing is a pretty fair indicator of it's success rate I'd imagine.
And reps for Crupiea for finding the Spinal Tap clip before I got homeLast edited by Fluster; 11-25-2009 at 03:09 PM.

Look, you bunch of candy-assed posers. Not one of you has taken into account the very serious nature of the T-shirt and jeans factor.
Perhaps if you all would step down from your ivory 5x5 towers you would see the true potential for 6x6x6.
It is "The most [cursive and big red letters]Optimized[/cursive and big red letters] weight lifting program.
edit: 7x7x7 is preposterous. It could never work as you will obviously overtrain.
