    rest times?

well for bodybuilding type workouts, it is recommended to keep a 1-2 min rest period, is that the same for powerlifting?

sorry if this is asked all the time.
When i searched most of what came up was for "mass gaining" workouts.

Just take as much time as you feel you need. There is no magic number of minutes you have to rest between sets. The general rule is that as the weight gets heavier you will usually need a little more rest in-between your sets.

Don't over analyze this just lift the frickin weights.
"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.

Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.

Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

As much as you need. Don't worry about it, don't **** a brick if your workout goes over 1 hour. I used to sometimes rest 5 minutes between heavy sets of squats, because I would have already done 5 sets each of heavy bench and rows, so I was ****ing gone. I rest a ton during deadlifts cuz they take a ton out of me.
I want to touch the butt.

While it's true that you should rest as long as you need before a maximal set, there are also good reasons to try to keep rest intervals short. Shorter rest intervals can help increase work capacity and help with fat loss.

long enough to catch your breath and give yourself some rest, short enough to not go cold or lose intensity is usually what I usually go for, there really is no set time, when you feel ready and capable of doing the next set then go for it.
