I randomly posted this midway in another thread and started getting a lot of reps for it. Honestly I didn't think people would care about it or even see it, but I guess I was wrong. I'm giving it a thread of its own so more people can see it since apparently a lot of you find it to be useful.
Just print out a **** ton of these and throw them in a mini 3 ring binder and you're all set. If you're feeling green, do it two sided on post-consumer recycled paper and then go **** a tree. TBH, you don't even need to use this template if you don't want to -- you can set up a chart manually in a spiral lined notebook instead if that's what you prefer. Either way, as many before me have said, LOG YOUR WORKOUTS!
