Trying out different squat variations since back squats can suck it I will build up some beastly legs without them damn it lol. Day three being bald, kinda weird but kinda liberating at the same time. Less time in the shower, not having to dry or mess with it.

100% srs you look badass with your head shaved. If I knew I could pull that off I would. Enjoy not having to deal with weird hair days. Not sure if you had hair that was a PITA before, mine sure is, it messes it up to wash every day so I have to go every other and line that up with running/weights sweaty days. If I brush it dry it goes POOF lol. And to get mine to not look ridiculous (which sometimes it does anyway) I have to put so much damn straightening product in it and the one that works for me is majorly expensive. You do look good though, rock it E!

Thanks Ham! It's a change for sure. In the deadlift video you can see how bad the hair loss was getting. The scalp pain is gone since the hair isn't pulling on the follicles.
My hair could be a pain. Probably not like yours though, it was fine but I had a lot of it, which I didn't realize until it fell out. What sucked is it looked good the day I washed and styled it but would look a mess when I woke up because I sweat lile crazy when I sleep.
I'm seriously thinking of being GI Jane for Halloween, just need to get some combat boots and a pair of unform pants. If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Got a couple workouts to post later and some videos. Right now I am relaxing, drinking a post workout beer .
I'm switching some things up. Just ordered Strong Curves and will focus on getting my lower body sorted out. The exercise selections and set up look pretty decent and I just want to do different things, I'm getting bored with BGB and 5/3/1 set ups.
Sunday is my appointment to get my tattoo, so excited to see what the artist came up with.Last edited by Echo814; 06-24-2017 at 03:37 PM.

I love Strong Curves and I still use the glute-only template for my lower body days. There's also a lot of other good info in the book even if you don't follow the program. And a new tattoo? Jelly. I've got 3 planned out but I haven't found myself a new artist since mine moved.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my journal!
I honestly think some of my form issues would resolve with Brets approach. I read some reviews where doing his program helped their squat among other things. I know I lack in some basic fitness/movement areas and going back to something that is not 100% basic but is, if that makes sense should help.
Yep, getting a head tattoo! Figure if I have to be bald might as well rock that sh!t lol. I have the same issue, lose artists like crazy. Hopefully the guy I found stays around for a while
What sucks is Bret Contreras, Alan Aragon and Brad Shoenfeld are here in Phoenix for an ISSN conference and I can't go! So bummedIf this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Ok, tattoo done and it's healing. My weight shot up to an all time post pregnancy high of 160lbs for two weeks. Not sure why, it sucked but managed to get over 3lbs off and am working on getting back into the 140s. That seems to be my set sans drinking everyday weight that I maintain without much effort.
I'm thinking of how I want to start strong curves and am leaning towards just doing the bootyful beginnings but sub some of the upper body stuff out since my upper body os much stronger and form is better on those lifts.

Also I love that necklace, it's pretty.

It's been a minute since I was last on here.
Cliffs:
-I barely have any hair left on my body, I have a couple eyelashes hanging on for dear life and knuckle hair of all things
- I have been off work since the beginning of Sept, eyelash line swells up like a mother fuker and hurts, impairs vision and my skin feels like its burning underneath due to the follicles being attacked
- I am on corticosteroids to see if that will help, so far just gained 6lbs
- Next stop is intravenous steroids or infusion immunosuppressants
-got some banging advice on my deadlift form and it looks better
- adopted another husky, she is a tank at 65lbs and is such a goofy pup her name is Sasha

So... now I need a new imaging site since photobucket wants to charge $33.33 a month for third party sharing, WTF.Last edited by Echo814; 10-09-2017 at 06:27 PM.

I just long for the day that it stops, the whole situation has me fairly depressed and I'm trying some days are harder than others. I don't even look like myself anymore Fat, bloated, bald and stress is aging me but it could be worse, I keep reminding myself of that.

I have my ugly cry days, but I am trying to see the silver lining like I haven't had to shave my legs, arm pits or bikini area in months If I could just keep the hair loss from the neck down that would be great.
I've been running Lyles beginner program for a couple months now but I have been averaging it 2 times a week, which at least good enough to maintain muscle. I have abandoned back squats completely and have been doing BSS or goblet squats and doing high rep extensions for quads. Haven't done BB flat bench in a while, but it's mostly due to maneuvering the damn bench into the squat rack without killing myself lol. It's been flat DB bench so far but I've improved form so it's all good.
For the program I'm running its:
Goblet squats
OHP
Sumo Deads/RDL
Lat Pull Down
Flat DB bench
Triceps pull down
Face pulls/bent over DB lat raise
HAMMER curls
Leg extensions
I do two days of RDL and on third lifting day Sumo Dead lifts, I alternate the accessories since I just kinda added them in but wanted to make sure I was addressing my shoulders with including rear delta. So far I like this but not sure how it's doing aesthetic wise, too much fluff, so much fluff it's ridiculous.

Not having to shave is the best lol. And really, without makeup I have no eyelashes or eyebrows either, and at least you can use eyeliner and draw in the brows!!! Or even glue on eyelashes for special occasions? Not that you need either, you look awesome anyway You are a natural beauty!
Was the hair I saw on fb one that you're getting? The brown one was gorgeous on you! Is it something that's on the radar?

I got micro-blading done for the eyebrows, got tired of drawing those bitches on daily lol. The eyelashes are a trip, it freaking looks weird to me. I tried the fake eyelashes but had a hard time putting them on, granted we were running late for a wedding and Jim was harassing me to get ready and I lost one in the process lol.
My friend has been using a product called LashFood on her eye lashes and they are growing like crazy, maybe look into that or Lavish Lash, I'm trying that out to see of it will get them to grow back.
I have two wigs, an aline bob and a long layered one both are darker colored. I wanted a blonde one but hubby shot that down. Still might get itIf this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
