Wow, what metal do I listen to? Hehehe, anything from Slayer, Seplutura, Nothingface, Static-X, Lamb of god, FFDP, Metallica, Megadeth, Nightwish (I know not metal,metal, but Tarja has a beautiful voice) Opeth, Tarot, All That Remains, In This Moment, Pantera, Sevendust, Rammstein, Hatebreed, Coal Chamber, Devil Driver, Disturbed, Drain STH, Fear Factory, Killswitch Engage, Black Sabbath and Ozzy, White Zombie theres a lot more but I can't think of them. I also like some of the stuff my husband did when he was in a death metal band a few years ago. What do you listen too?
Hey! If you started a new game, and I did too so I could have a cooler character (I want to make Gohan) Then we could go onlie and do quests together!!! That would be fun! I listen to a lot of melodic death. I LOVE Kalmah, Wintersun, Eternal Tears of Sorrow, Children of Bodom, Ensiferum, Norther, and Nothnegal is awesome too! They don't have a cd out yet, but they have a single out that is awesome!!! Wanna listen??? It will give you an idea of what I love if you never heard of any of those bands!!! Its at the bottom of the page... I grew up listening to most of the stuff that you listed! I used to love Disturbed, and White Zombie, Rammstein and Static-X!! I'd probably still listen to them, but my boyfriend likes heavier stuff, and I love every band that he likes, so I don't listen to them so much anymore. My boyfriend is a drummer!!! He was in a metal band too!! What instrument does your husband play??

Checked out the link and they sound awesome. I have heard most of those bands and I think might have them in iTunes. My taste is varied but sadly husband stopped listening to the real heavy stuff, so I try to keep a balance. He plays guitar, bass and a little drums, enough to keep time. He's teaching me bass which is cool.
I will create a new character soon, it would be fun to have someone to play online with since there are not that many people on the servers. A Gohan type character would be awesome, young Gohan or adult Gohan? I liked him right around the Cell saga and then he got kinda boring lol.
Edit: wait a tick I have something you might like in that regard... I need a scanner bad but this should look ok.

Yep! I did this years ago though, I haven't drawn in probably five years . I think you can get the hair down but the clothes yeah that will be hard especially if you want a higher armor rating. The Great Saiya Man was ridiculous, but it is an anime to I let it slide lol.

Ahh, the days where a DBZ marathon were possible. I still have to finish the GT saga Thanks again for the compliment on the drawing, I have some others to, not only DBZ, but Link from Zelda and some characters that I made when I played DnD.
I do have to say something: God of War III is a visual orgasm.

Ah poor Helios. Oh whats awesome is they got Kevin Sorbo to do Hercules voice, I about sh!t myself when I heard him. I think with this game they thought "What have we not done and what can we do to make this gorier?" and then proceeded to drop some acid or shrooms lol. Visually though it's one of the smoothest games out there, I think they did this in blue ray like FF13. The sex scene is really interesting pushed the rating limit on this a bit .

Oh My DAYUM!!!
Update on the eating plan. I have been doing pretty well with the low carb thing been averaging about 100 grams for four days then over the weekend went up to about 130 then yesterday was 153grams. I got wicked sick Saturday night and I am not sure from what. We went to a 100th anniversary party for my husbands work at a casino and had three drinks in four hours, food was a salad, WAY overdone prime rib, mashed potatoes and seriously like four green beans and a small serving of chocolate mousse.
On the way home we decided to get some fast food since we were starving, I had a Wendy's double classic and maybe six fries. About two hours later I threw everything up, it was so violent I felt my lower intestine twist in the left side of my abdomen. Bad, bad night. I think my body is to the point where I can not eat ANY fast food, which is blessing and a curse.
Today will hopefully be a return to the gym, I am getting kinda pissed about not going and if it continues I am going by myself.

That happened to me before too. I laid off the drinking for months, really because I only drink when its time to be social, so for me, thats summer and Christmas, and then the first time I drank since, I drank two beers and had snacks and then got sick later that night. A few weeks later, the same thing happened. I geuss my body didn't like it, but eventually I got used to it again. Mind you I don't drink nearly as much as I used too, usually one or two. It makes me feel nauseous now. Boooo..

Oh My DAYUM!!!
The past few days I have been going over the workout program that I was following:
* Floor crunches - 1 set for 10-15 reps
* Reverse crunches - 1 set for 10-15 reps
* Oblique crunches - 1 set for 10-15 reps
Chest (4 sets):
* Bench Press (2 sets)
* Dumbbell Flyes (2 sets)
Back (4 sets):
*Lat Pulldowns (2 sets)
* Seated Cable Rows (2 sets)
Front and Side Shoulders (4 sets):
* Military or Dumbbell Press (2 sets)
* Lateral Raises (2 sets)
Arms (3 sets each):
* Barbell or Cable Curls (3 sets)
* Cable Pushdowns or Lying Tricep Extensions (3 sets)
Legs (Quads - 4 sets, Hams - 3 sets, Calves - 3 sets):
* Standing Calf Raises (3 sets)
* Leg Press or Squats (2 sets)
* Leg Extensions (2 sets)
* Seated or Lying Leg Curls (3 sets)
This is off the supersite and I am wondering if this is conducive to my goals. So far with diet I have gotten down to 132 lbs and have seven to go. My cals have been lower since I am not working out about 1400-1500 most days with low carb and two days slightly higher carb and one re-feed. I am a little worried that I may have lost muscle with the 6 lbs that I have lost. I am still active and have kept my protein levels to at least grams to body weight, so I am hoping for minimal muscle loss. I know I have said this before but tomorrow I will be back in the gym doing this plus 10 minutes of cardio to warm up.
Should I continue the full body workout or find something else? I am not sure another 7 lbs will get me to the leanness that I want. Once I am working out again I plan on upping cals back up to 1600. Does this sound like a good plan?

Week is shaping up to be better indeed . Still haven't heard from my friend, I have no idea what I may have done to piss her off but I am to the point of whatever. Weight keeps on dropping regularly which makes me happy. I think with my hormones under control it's making it a lot easier to cut this time.
I am looking forward to getting back to the gym today, I have missed working out a lot. It's the one thing that I really have outside of school, which I hate so I think this will brighten up my mood.

School is the evil and I have at least three years left But I am going for something that I like now instead of pleasing others. Pay off will be worth it once I am done.

If your lifts are still going up and you feel like you're getting enough recovery between workouts, I'd milk the full-body thing until you can't anymore. After that, consider an upper/lower or push/pull kind of split.
As for the cals, do you know your maintenance? If 1600 puts you in a reasonable deficit, you should be fine.
Glad your week is going better. We'll be expecting a workout post later.
