Thanks Ham! It's been four months but I know it can take more than the 8 weeks they claim to heal from it. Lulz at the peas down da pants I am really enjoying getting back at it and hopefully it will help firm up some of this flubbah that is hanging around.
Yep 2 sets of 15 reps at 95lbs
I think it take's longer than most people think for muckels to fall off Though my thighs have shrunk and not in a good way my pant legs or loose and I don't like it lol.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Don't be mad (much lol) squats suck in general cause they are hard to do right. Anyways you'll be fine E in no time you'll get back the legs size you want and strength . . . time & consistency. Also Hi five for the rowing cause back is one of the most neglected body part by so many (I'm guilty of that myself). Props for getting in another workout in what's gotta be a busy time for you.

I'm more mad at form right now. I took video of them and I still good morning out of the hole even with 15lbs need to figure out a way to fix that or just go with front squats. I love bb rows, one of my better lifts
They suck the camels ass! lol I would rather do low weight and work on form but its disheartening that I still have issues with it. I'm banking on muscle memory at this point and some newb gains
I think a lot of people with just do lat pulldowns and be like . I want a strong muscular back at some point so I'm probably gonna hit BGB (Baby Got Back) for a bulk after this flubba is gone and I have the equipment to do the accessory exercises.
I will get in another workout today, seems like twice a week is about all I can do. Liam's sick with some eye gunky thing and I think a summer cold. Took part of today off to take him to urgent care. Be back later with workout and kiddo update. If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

D'aww, poor little guy Hope he's better soon!!!
Why not try some high box squats and just progress with them for a while? You can squat to your bench!! The progression will strengthen everything and make regular squats easier
OOh, BGB That's one program that I keep wanting to go back to every time I see it mentioned. Hahaha! It's just so well rounded
2 full body workouts a week where you are now is a good way to get your strength back up there Hope you have a good one today!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Little man has conjunctivitis and a cold. He has prescription eye drops and needs to have Tylenol for his fever. So far he's been a little angel about everything, kinda fussy with medicating but for the most part chill
Didn't get a workout in, spent part of the afternoon straitening out stupid insurance crap. Found out that Jim's insurance dropped Liam last month so I had to go home and get my HSA card to pay for the visit
I need to be real tea right now. I'm really stressed and I have to admit it, depressed. I have this overwhelming sense of failure and I don't know why. Everything I do and every decision I make I feel like its the wrong thing. There's pressure to do everything and its taking its toll. I have not passed a class in three terms, I'm no closer to my degree then I was a year ago My daily commute is wearing on me and when I get home I have to take care of Liam, pump another bottle for the next day, get dinner made, wash and dry his bottles for the next day and somehow try to fit in homework. I get to work late everyday and while I don't get in trouble for it, I have to make up the time after work which makes me leave in worse rush hour traffic. I don't have enough time on my breaks to pump bottles for him to have enough milk the next day, my supply is all sorts of messed up because I can pump only twice in the ten hours I am away from him. To make it worse I have to make decisions of going to the bathroom on my breaks or not take time away from being able to pump, I might have a UTI starting because this. I don't really eat a solid meal because I don't have time to make a lunch, on my first break I will go get hard boiled eggs, fruit, Greek yogurt and pita chips to snack on through the day which is 600 cals tops. This routine is wearing on me and I'm starting to look old and ragged which doesn't help We haven't had anytime as a couple in months, we don't have anyone to watch Liam so we can go out. I feel increasingly isolated and overwhelmed. If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

I wish you didn't have to work right now I don't know what to say, only that this too shall pass, and things will eventually start to look up..Hang in there!!!!

Aww Erica, sorry to hear things are so rough right now. Sounds like you need a serious day off (or seven. ) Do you guys have any trustworthy work friends who could watch the little guy for an afternoon or evening? Would be nice for you guys to have an evening out, but then again if you had a few free hours maybe staying in and taking a nap would be even better haha. Sorry to hear you are overwhelmed, I know that feel girl, I get that especially in the holiday months of winter when I am working like 6am and getting home at 9 at night, it is quite depressing and exhausting, and I don't even have kids to take care of when I get home so I can't even imagine!
How long do you have to do the milk thing for? Sounds like once that stage is over it'll save you a lot of rushing and trying to do 3 things at once. I hope you can get some more time for yourself, gotta stay healthy, that lil guy needs you. Wish there was something we could to do help, brb Amazon Babysitting Service lol. Thanks Lori! I know you've had a pretty hectic past year or so. Life is tough sometimes and all you can really do is keep moving
Hammie hugs are much appreciated Man if I had your job on top of everything else I think I would die with the 30000 steps a day and needing to eat 3000+cals I wish we had someone that we could leave him with. There is a site care.com where you can find babysitters and nannies that have had back ground checks done so we might do that sometime.
I could probably wean him right now but I just don't have the heart and he's not eating solid foods yet. I don't like formula, several brands have had trace amounts of arsenic and lead found in them and I'm already supplementing one bottle a day when hes at daycare. I feel like I am loosing either way
An Amazon Babysitting service eh? That would awesome. Bring your kid in and he will be swole in three months or your money back lol
Thank you Rickie

I appreciate the support ladies, I really do. Things are getting a little better though something horrible happen last night that still has me sad and anxious.
Last night one of my best friends was admitted to the ER. The issue started with bad neck and back pain, he origianly went to urgent care and they sent him home with pains meds and muscle relaxers. At around 2am he woke up and had trouble speaking and using the right side of his body.
At first they thought he had a stroke but after some tests they found out it was an artery dissection. Not sure what else is going on. He is only 33 years old and apparently this is a very rare thing to happen. He is one of my best friends and I have known him for seven year.
I'm worried about him and his wife, they are not in a good place right now. She is disabled and fighting for disability and now this another blow to them I thought I was going to lose a good friend and I am really glad he is ok and I hope he gets better. If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Thank you Hammy! It is much appreciated!.
He is doing a better, vision is coming back to his right eye. He did have a sever stroke on the left side of his brain but he got treatment quick enough to limit the damage. Pain came back to his neck which started the whole thing so he is getting more testes to make sure that he doesn't stroke out again. If all is well he will be move to a rehab facility this weekend.
In happier news Liam is eating rice cereal now and is so close to crawling

Wow, its been a while since I posted in here lol.
Some updates. My friend is out of the hospital and went through a a little over a week of rehab is at home. He is making massive improvements by leaps and bounds. He still has issues with vision on the right side of his body but he is still doing physical on occupational therapy.
Liam is doing awesome. He is eating rice cereal and veggies now, loves them too! I'm glad he is such a great eater cleans his bowl like a boss lol. He is saying things like baba, dada and is very vocal now. Still waiting on him to crawl, he gets into position, rocks back and forth and falls down. It will be soon though Last week we went back home since family from Illinois was coming in, including Liam's great aunts and grandma. Poor guy got held and loved on so much that he started freaking out. There were 30 people in total and he is not used to being around that many people so the first pic is him after I took him back to grandmas, gave him a bath and made him happy again.
I have lost more weight, down to 146lbs, so 2lbs away from the weight I found out I was pregnant at. Still haven't worked out and I feel it for sure.
Work is... I don't mind the job but my coworker is driving me insane. Guy is in his mid 40's and smacks his gum and slurps his soda all freaking day long. He also complains none stop about everything. He also has this nasty habit of tapping my shoulder and pulling my ear phones out when he can't get my attention and proceeds to ask a question that he should know since he has been doing this job almost three months longer than me. To top it off he has to make comments about what I eat. Since I still pump I will go to the cafeteria and get some fruit and hard boiled eggs for breakfast on my first break and eat at my desk. I sprinkle a little salt on the eggs and I get a lecture about how salt is bad and I shouldn't do that. This is me everytime
I've tried telling him that salt is not bad and just because he has jacked up health doesn't mean I do. Gave up after the second time. Then I get comments about the pita chips i eat. I swear I am going to falcon punch that guy in that freaking taint some day./rant

Very happy to hear your friend is recovering so well.
My parents said when they first had everyone over the house to see me after I was born there was a big group like that in the living room all wanting to hold baby Ham. I got scared and projectile puked on EVERYONE lulz. My mom reminds me of that story every time I see her, will prob hear it again tomorrow when parents come over. I also get constantly reminded that I weighed 8.5lbs born heehee.
Oh lawd I hate when people have to chime in at work about their opinion on your food. It's always the ones who are drastically overweight, drinking pepsi all day, and going out to smoke every hour lol.
Pita chips lol, you're not gonna make it cause of the damn pita chips E, pita chips of death.

If all goes well he has the chance of making a 100% recovery. His age and the fact that he is left handed is on his side too.
He is a very happy baby Doesn't fuss much unless there is a good reason. Liam is the favorite of the daycare I get comments all the time for strangers about how he gives them baby fever "He makes me want to have one/another one!"
Thank you! I wish my body comp wasn't so different but once I get back into lifting that will change.
Man, my coworker is a trip. He will go off on this crazy new age crap about expanding my consciousness and transcending this and blah blah blah. I've Bert stared him hard and I am about ready to bust out the Jenna Marbles "face".If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

I'm still may be biased but cutest baby ever! lol Though MM little girl may give him a run for his money at the end of the year
It was a scary ordeal for sure. Guy is like a brother to me, one of they few people that stuck around after my ex left me a few years ago. His rehab is going great and his attitude and determination is inspiring.
My coworker continues to bug if you have been reading my ******** posts lol. Guy just can not STFU, yesterday was an extreme exercise in patience. I haven't talked about it in here but ever since I came home from the hospital I have had sever back pain ranging from the lower lumbar spine up to the base of my skull. The pain intensity comes and goes but it is always there and over the last month or more I have had a headache every day and some days the pain is so intense I get nauseated and have even thrown up. Add that on top of the coworkers asshattery and I am surprised I haven't lost it yet lol.
Thanks Ham! I'm so glad he is doing as well as he is. He is determined to as close to normal as he can by the end of the year, I think he can do it
I lol'd at baby Ham projectile vomiting on everyone You probably did a baby version of Bert Staring before the vomit. Liam did the same thing when we were there for the 4th of July and this last time he actually spit up right onto the face of one of his great Aunts. Poor woman had her mouth open at the time too
Yep those pita chips will be the death of me. I only have perfect blood work/pressure and am at a healthy weight even six months postpartum Guy is special... we will just leave it there lol.
Liam is getting pretty darn big now, weighs 14lbs now. I need to get a pic collage of him at every month. If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

He could totally win some kind of cutest kid contest, that's for sure!
Aww, good new about your friend
Why does your back pain so much!? What's causing it??? That sucks
Your co-worker situation kind of reminds me of Stephens. lol! There's this girl that he works with that got hired on when he did, about our age, and every day he comes home he complains about how she will not shut up all day. He doesn't even have to respond to her, she'll just keep blabbing and blabbing about stupid stuff and it drives him crazy. lol! Worst thing ever, especially when there's not much you can do about it. Worse for you though since you have to sit next to him everyday. Wish there was a solution to it, that's brutal!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

People have told me to get him into baby modeling lol. Not gonna do it but its an interesting thought.
I went to a chiropractor yesterday and apparently I had a rib that was popped out of place. A couple of adjustments and some electrode heat therapy later it is much improved. I will need to go again next week and maybe one more after that. I need to stop procrastinating doing these things like getting a dental check up and cleaning, its only been like 8 years or something lol.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.
