If you bulk and do some cardio will you lose some fat and gain muscle at the same time? If not, what would cardio do while bulking? (running 2-4 miles a day for cardio)

not necessarily...
depends on your muscle to fat gain ratio as well as current bodyfat percentage.
if your gaining large amounts of fat at the same time of slapping on the beef, it will be hard to see your gains.
if your clean bulking and already a decent bodyfat(10-13%), and gaining lean mass with minimal fat, then yes it would show.

Alright, what kind of foods would I be eating for a clean bulk?
Right now I'm doing 2 eggwhites morning with bowl of oatmeal, snack (anything healthy really), peanutbutter sandwich on whole wheat and grilled chicken skinless on wholewheat with something healthy, then protein shake w/ protein bar, then I go to the gym, then another shake with protein bar then dinner.
That good or should I change it up?

the main thing on a clean bulk is to not put on to much fat, so no more than 500 calories more than your maintenance level calories.
no fast foods, soda, cheap frozen foods ect...clean natural foods, what you are eating is fine, but if your not gaining enough eat a bit more, if your gaining to much eat less until your liking.

Alright thanks, and do you know a good protein bar I should buy, cause I'm always kinda eating different ones and I'd like to stick to one, any suggestions?
And to getting swole, actually that does help lol cause when I was dating my ex we did it almost everyday and I noticed a little weight loss from it ^_^ haha.

i only eat a protein bar when i have school and or am traveling and can't carry my meals with me.
GNC's oatmeal protein bars and pretty good and actually cheap, taste good, and are high quality...highly recommend.
muscletech's nitrotech bars are alright, but are overpriced, and i don't recommend them.
try gnc's oatmeal protein bars...they've got a load of fiber to.
