I envy the manlets in my gym because they can lift some serious weight due to the 2" ROM and have no lower back issues. However, in the real world I laugh at their 'midgetitian' features....

In bodybuilding the amount of weight that a person lifts is not relevant at all, it is all appearance. So even if a short guy can lift more due to shorter ROM it makes little difference as a bigger ROM typically yields more muscle use and therefore bigger gains.

cliffs- Bigger ROM usually leads to bigger gains. Weight is irrelevant as long as it is challenging to the person lifting.
