    RUN FASTER.. Should I take Juggernaught's Winztrol or what??

    Hey everyone. Ill be playing college football next year and im looking for something to increase my speed and athleticism. I am already pretty fast but there is always room for improvement. I know most sprinters take Winstrol but ive run into this Juggernaught's Winztrol supplement and wonder how that fares. Any advice would be appreciated. Is there anything that can help me increase speed at a fast rate? Thank you.

    Winstrol is the full blown steroid
    while
    Winztrol is a methylated PH that needs to be dosed much higher than recommended on the bottle.

    I dont know that Winny has any effect on VO2 max or the like, but it could be my misconception.


    Also, dont you get tested?

    Surely you're not saying that an increase in size, strength, muscular workload capacity, or endurance by taking supplements with a solid training regimen won't help someone be faster or more athletic?

    Hell, look at sprinters nowadays. They could all enter fitness shows and probably win outright - they are jacked.

    Sprinters Rely heavily on weight training as well as just doing sprints as training. But to say weight training wont help you run faster is just silly. All Olympic level sprinters do lots of weight training. Not just legs but the entire body.

    BTW: plyometrics are the best way besides weight training to increase speed and explosive power.

    So Ben Johnson was slow, took juice and got faster?? No, you have to be fast/athletic already.. building muscle wont make you fast/athletic...

    Getting faster takes hard work in training. There is no magic pill for this

    Sure, running takes inherited talent. But the strength training is what makes the difference between 10.0s and 9.7s. The same agruement can be said for hitting a homerun; Steroids won't make the ball hit the bat, but that 10 feet the added strength gives you on your long ball will make a HUGE difference in your numbers.

    I see what you're saying..

    All I'm saying is you have to have a good bit of speed/athleticism/talent, etc.. to begin with. Juice wont turn you into a D1 prospect if you cant make your High School team

    building muscle won't make you faster or more athletic?

    yet usually the more athletic you are the more lean mass aka muscle you have, which burns more fat, which makes you able to jump, run, work harder and faster. Making you more athletic?

    people take steroids to get stronger, faster and more athletic. sprinters and baseball players alike




    to OP - don't take it, you obviously need a lot more research on steroids since thats what that is. and since you are playing college ball you can get tested, wouldn't risk it

    athleticism has much more to do with coordination, running speed, jumping and balance than strength.

    i would argue that you do not need strength to be athletic. being strong doesnt make you athletic, nor does being athletic make you strong.

    strength is going to have a much smaller effect on running and jumping than pure natural talent.

    Sure. I'll agree with this point, but saying that it won't help at all is ignorant. Training for a specific skill is far more important than strength/power/explosiveness/muscular endurance training which will aid you in your sport.

    I didnt meat to start an argument even though thats what every thread leads to. Thanks for the imput guys. I just know alot of sprinters took Winstrol and dramatically increased their times. I dont heard of this winztrol stuff and thought it may be a clone. Thanks for the help. I will just keep working hard and resistance running.
