At school right now, heading to gym immediately after bus drops me off
but I have no idea what to do for todays workout.
I just started working out.
Help would be very appreciated.

i didnt realize there was a sticky on this type of thing
routine sticky reccommended:
"Basic 5-day split"
Mon - Flat BB 3 x 5, Incline BB 3 x 12, Flat DB 2 x 8, Incline flyes 2 x 12, Cable Crossovers 1 x 20.
Tues - Deadlifts 3 x 5, Close grip pulldown 3 x 8, T-Bar rows 3 x 6, Wide grip pull down 2 x 10, Cable rows 2 x 10.
Wed - BB squats 3 x 5, Leg press 3 x 30, Leg extension 3 x 12, Stiff legged deadlifts 3 x 5, Lying ham curls 2 x 20, Calves on leg press 6 x 12.
Thurs - BB curls 3 x 10, Tri pushdowns 3 x 8, BB preacher curls 3 x 12 superset with frenchpress 3 x 12, Hammer curls 2 x 8, Close grip bench press 3 x 8, Leg raises 3 x 15, Weighted situps 3 x 12, Cable crunches 2 x 15.
Fri - Seated DB press 3 x 5, Seated smith press 3 x 8, Side laterals 3 x 12, Rear delt flyes 2 x 15, Cable side laterals 2 x 15, BB or DB shrugs 6 x 12.
does this look right?Ask beavis, I get nothin' but head.
