    I need a chest/tri workout for today!

    At school right now, heading to gym immediately after bus drops me off
    but I have no idea what to do for todays workout.
    I just started working out.
    Help would be very appreciated.

    im thinking about doing p90x along with this
    i would critique my diet so that i got the correct calorie intake
    but is it wise to do both p90x and this routine?

    If you own the DVDs then I guess there is no harm in trying it out, the main point is diet then routine, you need to choose what your aims are? Take it your wanting to lose fat? Or are you aiming to bulk?

    Oh ok my own advice would be if your staring out use the 'Basic 5-day split' you mentioned earlier in the thread and look at the diet forum and start a new thread in there and asking for a bulk diet.

    I wouldn’t use that px system if your wanting to bulk as it looks like a weight loss system???
