Decent inexpensive smith (at Dicks) for lighter duty

    http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/pr...367453.2622932

    $499, but without bench

it's light duty, I'd say around ~300lbs~ or so
but linear bearing, decent bar knurling, chin bar

all in all not for me, but a good choice for smaller guys and ladies for sure
I am guessing the dip bars could be turned IN to the machine, so it's pretty shallow but still seems to have anough room for a bench to position
dip handles go into the back and it didn't rock back on me when the bars went off the back and OUT of the machine so into the machine should be fine

I screwed around with it a bit, it is NOT real solid, but it is as solid as a cheap rack, a little side to side movement.

I'd pair it with this, which I was going to buy for our gym
