For four months of working out I've done twice a week workouts...Injured my wrist so I decided to take a full week off, did my chest today (after a week break) and my chest felt very tender for the first time in a very good way, it felt worked and pumped...does this tell me that once a week programs are way better? where can I find a good one?
and is 4 sets of flat bench, 3 sets of incline bench, and 3 sets of decline bench enough for one day of chest out of the whole week?
