above info is useless unless you give more information on how active you are so you can determine your calorie needs...
You also need to enter your meals into www.nutritiondata.com and come back with cals/ carbs/ protein/ fat content.
but just on looking at it - I say unless you are used to competition dieting - why? There is no need to restrict your diet as such.... and at your current BF%, you don't need to carb cycle either.... PLUS ->> unless you have a will of steel it may be you'll have difficulty following it... and you'll come off the rails easily.... Lastly, unless you are careful, you are going to give yourself deficiencies in essential vitamins and minerals over time....

I'm wondering why you're carb cycling if you're new to this and your bodyfat is at 27.5%? Carb cycling is a more advanced technique for getting off that last stubborn bit of body fat.

Did you copy & paste this from a competition dieting website or book? (I'm assuming you didn't write it since it says "nitropro is best" and "2.7oz oats").
This is the same principle as a gym newbie trying to start out with the same routine as someone who has been lifting heavy for years. You need to start with your body and what you need at this time - not what has worked for someone else when they are at a different point (ie. that is a VERY strict diet, even moreso than off-season competitors).

She's right here.
Just get on a balanced plan. Something like 40%protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat or 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat.
If you try and lose as much as possible in a short amount of time, it won't stay off. Your better off trying to lose 1 lb a week for better results. BUT, go more by measurements and bodyfat% if your weight training cause the scale can fool you.

im new to the actually eating aspect but not the training. I've always worked out hard but was dealing with bulimia/anarexia...I was hospitalized in may of this year and put on 40 lbs. This was the diet my friend who body builds gave me to get my goal by my 21st bday. I was just asking about the diet cause i actually feel i'm eating too much but maybe thats just my old way of thinking. so for i love the diet, just feel so full all the time.
Right now i'm going weight training 4 days a week and cardio 6 days a week.

Yes - I think this is one of the hardest habits to break - especially if you're recovering from an eating disorder. Believe it or not, you've got to eat to shed fat. Took me a good 2 years to adjust my mentality on this - and I still struggle with it from time to time. Just be patient and give it time - you're doing it the right way, this time!
Hi, my name is Ellen, and I'm a peanut butter addict...
I do this because I can. I can because I want to. I want to because you said I couldn't.

I don't get sick of the same stuff at all. I've just come to the conclusion that as long as i'm not hurting myself i'll eat whatever it takes to reach my goal... I don't look at food as a passion anymore, I prefer the look and feel of being fit/lean and the rewards of shopping (i love clothes and shoes)

Yeah but. . . . there's so much great healthy stuff out there that is conducive to building a lean body. Why not pick up something like Precision Nutrition, Eating for Life, or the Eat Clean Diet and educate yourself about nutrition rather than relying on a pre-printed diet?

I'd say eat more actual food and stop relying on protein shakes, etc. I would be bored rigid with such a limited diet, I have to admit.

I was wondering if you or one of the other experts would create a specific diet for me. My problem is i need structure and have been following the diet to the T, not bored at all. just not sure if i should be eating more or less food.
my goal would be loosing 3 lbs of fat a week.
Gym routine is 4 days weights with 30 min cardio and then 2 days of 60 min HIIT

I am just wondering why- after being so bad off you needed to be hospitalize, you would want to continue to diet and be concerned with fat loss? I honestly think you should learn healthy habits before trying to stick to a competition diet or any other diet for that matter.
just my 2 cents.

You're not going to lose 3 lbs of fat a week. It doesn't work like that. If a person continues to lose more than 2 lbs a week...you're tapping into muscle which is not the way to go.
No need for cardio 6 days a week, so get rid of a couple days. True HIIT is no longer than 15-20 min sessions. Anything longer then that and it's not considered HIIT.
