im gonna try this T diet from muscle and fitness, do u guyz think i can use it for bulking? also im doing rippetoes workout, check it out:
Breakfast:4 large whole eggs,1packet cream of wheat (instant),1/2 avacado
morning snack:8oz. container lowfat fruit yogurt,1banana,1oz. mixed nuts
Lunch:4oz. turkey deli meat,2 slices whole wheat bread,1/2 avacado
preworkout snack:1scoop whey protein(in water),2 slices white bread,1tbsp.peanut butter
postworkout:1 scoop whey protein(in water),1/3 cup sugar

evening snack: 8oz. cottage cheese, 1 packet cream of wheat, 1oz. mixed nuts
TOTALS
3369 calories, 197g protein, 398g carbs, 111g fat
