I just bought ON Serious Mass, and it says to take 2 heaping scoops. THATS ALLOT OF POWDER (334G). How much do you guys take? Do you take 1 full scoop after training or what? How many grams do you take? Im wanting to pack on some serious weight/mass so please help!!!

Follow the instructions...it says to start with half a serving once a day...to half a serving twice a day...to a full serving...etc. So you build up to it. I never once drank an entire serving at once - always half, twice a day. Your stomach can only hold so much ****. I believe they just make the serving size so high so they can inflate the numbers on the nutrition facts.
On another note...I stopped taking that stuff because I really believe the ridiculous amount of dextrose intake was seriously taxing on my heart. After drinking it I would always feel like crap, and have a hard time sleeping because my pulse would pound so hard I could hear it and it would keep me awake. Doc told me the crap is terrible for your liver.

No, Serious Mass is the best and you get the most for your money. The rest of the gainers servings have about what half of Serious Mass's servings do. I went through 30 lbs of Serious Mass and made some lean gains with one scoop in the morning and one at night. Don't ever ingest more than 1,200 calories in one sitting if you're trying to gain weight, that's just stupid. Stick to 4-6 meals a day.

Serious mass is cheap and works well too. I doubt you will find a gainer thats cheaper and that works as good. When I took it I did one scoop in the morning and one before bed that equals one serving daily.. Try that, I put on some good weight with serious mass.

You should be planning your weight gain - take whatever amount helps you fulfill your macros and/or calorie requirements. (If you havn't already, devise a meal plan of caloric excess and implement it.)
