Noob meet and greet

36yrs. old
Maybe 21% BMI at 220lbs. 5' 11"
That's according to the way its calculated in the Navy 17" neck X 38" waist.
(measures at the naval and below the jaw around the neck)
Doesn't sit too well, looking to learn to get leaner.

Clean eating habits is a tough one for me.
Eating onboard a ship is pretty crappy.
I can manage that by avoiding alot of the bad food using food replacements.

Eating clean is the hardest thing here too! Afterspending all your life doing something it tough as hell to stop. Keep trudging on, it only gets easier.

Are you in the Military?? Navy I presume? what is does the food spread look like? I would assume they cook all your meals, which I can see as not being helpful to eat right
