How much Cardio?
How much cardio are you guys doing? I have tried to control my diet but I like to eat so I make up for it with cardio. I am currently doing it 3x a week but am thinking about bumping it up to 5x a week. Will that affect my quest to get stronger?
Currently, I do 2 miles on the ellypitical 2 days a week and 4 miles on the bike one day. I am thinking about adding two 25 minutes jogs during my lunch hour on my "Off Days"
Monday-OFF (Lunch Cardio)
Tuesday- Chest/Triceps (2 miles ellypitical)
Wednesday-OFF (Lunch Cardio)
Thursday-Legs/Shoulders (4 miles bike)
Friday-OFF
Saturday- Back/Biceps (2 miles ellyptical)
Sunday-OFF
