It varies from person to person. Some people just can't master them, some get a few hundred pounds after years of dedicated training.
How long is a piece of string...

Again, it varies from person to person.

What brand of shirt, how many ply, how well does it fit, how tight is it pulled, it it really cranked down or is it left a little loose? It not only depends on you mastery of shirted technique, but also on the gear itself and the mastery of he guys helping you with it. There is no hard and fast number period.

no, there isn't. someone may get 20 pounds out of a shirt, someone else could get 100. there isn't a magic shirt that will get you 100 or more pounds without working at it.
a shirted bench is a different exercise than a raw bench (from everything i've read- i've never used a shirt). if you don't believe what you've been told here, go post this question in the powerlifting/strongman section.

No brain, no gain.
You can't out-train bad nutrition.

If you're so sure, what exactly is the point of the question?
