Discharge is usually a symptom of Chlamydia. You've probably got it since it spreads easily. Also, she might be pregnant.

Not all women are going to "curl their toes, dig into you, or shake". Everybody responds different to an orgasm. My legs shake but I know some friends who apparently don't have that reaction. It's just an individual thing. Some girls are loud, some are more reserved. This whole "discharge" and "cream" and "cum" nonsense you got going on is a difference of language and that is about it.
