I think I may have sprained or done something wrong to the UCL of my thumb after benching. I think my form was right and I did nothing wrong but I guess things happen. Not the first time I think my UCL has felt weird, dunno if same hand or from same exercises.
Any ways to maybe strenghten or try to prevent an injury to my thumb UCL.
Edit: I never try to do anything like 1 rep maxes or overwork/lift too heavy.
