Depending on how big and how close it was to the ground, you may able to dismiss comets/meteors..ect But until then it could be just that

But I have watched meteor showers and they dont look like balls on fire. They more often look like "shooting stars."

Francis Crick, the scientist who discovered the structure of DNA, was in an altered state of consciousness under the influence of LSD when he first saw the double helix spiral. Its amazing that people don't know/talk about this. In a book... he wrote before he died he elaborates on his theory about how he believed from a scientific standpoint, it was impossible for a molecule as complicated as DNA to just evolve by accident. He later suggested that it was sent here by an alien civilization, (possibly facing certain doom from a super nova explosion) with the intent on preserving the essence of life and spreading bacteria (bacteria that reproduced and eventually evolved to be us) across the universe on spaceships, and that our DNA was genetically engineered. Does no one else think that UFO hunters/alien investigators have for the most part maybe been looking in the wrong place for extra-terrestrial beings? I've just been looking at alien contact through other dimensions by inducing altered states of consciousness. Maybe it is much more complex and mysterious than the idea of aliens simply coming here on spaceships from other planets/galaxies. Instead, maybe these beings in fact reside in other dimensions and can be experienced by anyone through altered states of consciousness.

For those who have no idea what I'm talking about, Youtube search Graham Hancock (Durham University Graduate and expert on this subject) and watch his videos about alien contact (The idea of other dimensions is now accepted for the most part in mainstream science through studies of quantum physics).

It is apparently said to be achieved by ingesting natural psychedelic plants such as ayahuasca, psilocybin mushrooms, DMT etc. Shamans have been in contact with these beings for thousands of years, which goes hand in hand to the Acient Alien episode talking about shamans' communication with other worldly beings/aliens. Through the use of these substances and or extreme meditation, these altered states of consciousness apparently open our minds to higher dimensions that we can not even come close to experiencing through our normal rational/conscious mind.

Obviously I've never experienced this myself and its hard to give thought to such a radical idea. I've not had much time to look into this but hopefully there will be further research into this subject because the reality behind it is much more convincing than one would normally assume at first glance. Just food for thought anyway, maybe might interest some of you.

Yes, very interesting indeed. The problem is, everyone automatically accuses anything that happens in your mind or mental state as a creation of your own mind. Such as astral projection, seeing spirits or beings, sleep paralysis connections, etc. They automatically say "Your mind is an amazing thing, it is capable and DOES create all these things within itself."

Such a belief hinders the research into the field of studying mental connections to the world. They view your mind as a closed box, only to be interacted with from within. When, instead, the mind should be viewed as an open antenna, with connections to the universe.

I've never heard of Terra Papers before. Thanks for sharing this. Quite a good read it was. Most of the stuff about earth has been covered in Ancient Aliens, however, Ancient Aliens did not speak of intergalactic wars between rival civilisations in such detail as in Terra Papers. But still really interesting. And if you ever played a game called Borderlands, you'll know where the eridian weapons came. lol.

I read the terra papers last night, very interesting to say the least, I felt like I was reading star wars, especially because of the "death stars" . I like how it relates the Egyptian connection and explains what the pyramids were for and why things were made of stone. Good read to make you think.

I read it... but I don't know what to think. It ties together a lot of mythology and other stories as having a bit of "truth" to them. If any of this is true, then it makes you wonder if movies and videos games that we watch and play are in some essence us remembering our past or potentially information being fed to us by outside sources making us think we're being creative but rather just reiterating information sent to us as our own. Do I believe this stuff? Not necessarily... but I do believe in keeping an open mind and if nothing else this is a very good story.

How exactly do scientists verify the validity of a claim of a person who experienced something while high? What exactly do you expect them to do? "Ok, now everyone get high before we do this scientific experiment, so we can all see what our subject is seeing."

Yeah, that's the problem. We really have no instruments to study such things. All we can see are changes of brain usage in certain areas and brain waves.

Indeed. It's like when the Govts around the World released ufo files under the freedom of information act, after years of denying. England, Australia, NZ, France did. America didn't though I believe? People are still sceptical.

The fact that the universe is as expansive as it is, I wouldn't doubt anything that was written in those papers. I especially liked the first paragraph.

Humans are an alien creation, as is every other animal here, I think they were "planted" here via panspermia, BY the et's, and they lived along side us for millions of years, yes, millions.

Megaliths and cities are under the pacific ocean but academia, being the bull**** that it is, never goes near these, why? B/c those cities were there before the pacific ocean. Man is millions of years old, and they lived alongside us, guiding us. Now they backed off, and will return one day. (although they are already here, we just can't see them)
