Just a little update: The recovery process has gone fine. My workouts are still going very well, and nutritionally I have stayed on track. But I haven't been posting much lately due to going through some personal crap that will no doubt be getting worse in the near future. That has put a hold on any summer contest run, and will probably put anything I may have planned for this coming fall on hold as well.
The workouts will continue, but I will probably keep my posting to a minimum until I get things straightened out in real life.
