    Leaning out the legs.....

What piece of cardio equipment is the best for leaning out the legs?

Running on the treadmill? Walking with an incline on the treadmill? Stepmill? Eliptical? Bike?

    Any suggestions?

Any of those are good. Easing up on the weight training would help, though personally, after looking at your legs in your Bodyspace, I think it would be a terrible waste to let them atrophy any. Congratulations on the progress you've made over time, btw.

You cannot 'spot reduce' - but any type of low intensity cardio or interval training will effectively burn the most fat. Typically steppers and elliptical are favorites since they are easy on your joints and can burn a lot of calories.

Agreed......cardio and proper diet, no one particluar excercise will just lean the legs out, it will be your entire body.
Try dropping some sodium and a slight reduction on carbs, bet youll get the result youre looking for.
