Bit of Drama and Need Lifting Suggestions

Dissapointed that my back broke. I was so close to getting 300 on bench. I had to get an L5-S1. I get released December 15th THANK GOD. But it's so depressing lifting at school realizing you was outlifting 95% of the people their and now most outlift you because you have to lift a certain amount. I have a bad habit of wanting to gain fast. Lifting by yourself everyday for hour is no motivation. I can only curl 25's or aloud and doing 40's and hurts soo badly but I don't want to loose anymore of what I have. I have been stuck at a depressing 15 1/2 Inch flex forever. And a 40 inch cheast. It's So agrivating especially when you do put the time in. Just wondering if this sounds good. This is first 30 minutes of workout, if anyone can help me suggest better and keep it under 40's on dumbells I would love to hear it. I curl 25x10 5 Sets and Transition a Preacher curl of 52 pounds in between each set 52x7 5 Sets. Then 30lb dumbells 30x8 5 sets and transition 62 pounds. Final Set 40x6 3 sets and transition 72 pounds. Then 5x15 Dips. Then I usually do another 5x15 Dips. I am gaining a bit of mass now that I've started eating again. But I'm never satisfied with what I have I believe you can always do better. Any help would be great.

Build on your weak points first, that is now your back. Work out the spinal erectus and strengthen it.

I had an L5 - S1 fusion done 2 years ago and the most important fact with back injuries is have a strong, strong, strong core. especially before you get back to regular heavy lifting.
    KΣ for life.
