This is Lovely Tyagi.. and I want to know how can I increase my weight?

My age is 24 years and my weight is only 42Kg. Since last 10 years. My height is 5.2 inch.

Just what I needed to read right now. Sitting here with an injury and looking at at least a week out and was all set to cry myself to sleep every night, but now I'll quite contentedly give my body the break it obviously needs.

you want to gain weight ! many of us want lose weight ! actually 42KG is ok as long as you are firm and health.

Why are you bumping an old thread?

92 lbs is underweight and it's not ok for a female at a height of 5'2". There are many women here following building cycles. Not everyone is here to lose weight.
