New Platform Rules
Our gym has Oly Platforms along with cages. Some smarta$$ made up his own rules that look just like the laminated originals and taped them over the top of the "real rules," thought I would share:

I've violated the new curling, DB, and glove rules. No excuse for the curls, but trap bar shrugs would shred my hands without gloves and a dumbell between my feet is a lot more comfortable for weighted pullups than messing with a weight belt.
