    bulking and boxing

I had been bodybuilding, since april 09. I managed to bulk up to 75kg at 5"10.

Around 10 weeks ago i started boxing and really took a liking to it so decided to go into a calorie deficit to use it as a cutting process, but i found that it was too hard for me to lift ad box and work all in the same week. so the past 10weeks if you like have been a HUGE cut with a shed load of cardio and only lifting weights once a week!

So now ive gotten used to the demand of boxing im currently weighing 69kg

Deep down i miss being bigger and i have eaten really healthy the past 3 months, What i want to do is:

A 5x5 Program, so i can get in and out the gym and allow for optimal recovery

    Monday-Weight Training
    Tuesday-Boxing
    Wednesday-Weight Training
    Thursday-Boxing
    Friday-Weight Training
    Saturday-Off
    Sunday-Off

So currently weighing 69kg how many calories shall i be consuming daily? now i want to keep this clean as i dont want to go back to feeling unhealthy now my cardiovascular endurance has become awesome for the first time in years.

Im going to use the boxing as 2 sessions as my weekly cardio
I have a Whey Protein from myprotein which i use
Should i go back on creatine also?

the 5x5 program i did before boxing was stronglifts. i reacted very well to this and my body seems to prefer heavy poundage instead of fart arsing about.

So please if some of you can shed some insight this would be great

Ive attached 2 photos, the photo inthe boxing gloves is how i stand now and other photo was me at my biggest on my bulk

well youve got a situation here lol. i do mixed martial arts and have been lifting on and off for 2 years. the 2 sports battle eachother. getting big makes you strong and look good, but you lack the cardio and speed. i couldnt do both. when i trained mma for about a year i barely lifted because i was constantly doing cardio. but on to your question i really didnt change my diet to much. still had my protein, i eat lots of oatmeal, chicken, rice, vegetables, lots of bananas. no matter what i ate i couldnt keep my weight on tho. i went from 165 to 145 and thats where i stayed for a year. now im tryin to get big again and it sucks because its comin back in BF lol Boxing is an awesome sport tho stick with it!!

cheers for your feedback bro. know what your saying its gonna be a challenge lol. thats why im opting for a 5x5 program or a 3x5 program where i lift big, get in an out of the gym and gradually increase my calories and possibly start taking creatine again as been off it for 9 weeks. i think i shall benifit from creatine just to help me keep up with all the demand lol!. im sure i shud be fine to do a 3x5 program 3 times a week and 2 sessions of boxing should keep fat down. Doing Squats,Deadlifts,T-Bar Rows,Bench,Military Press on a workout A and workout B style

you're doing boxing for fun/cardio? i think ull be fine then. i took it as your training competitively, which would definitely drop your weight. good luck and keep your hands up!
