    your sheiko experience

    I have heard the following things about the sheiko systems:

    - The squat part is very good
    - The Bench Press cycle is ok but not the best
    - There is too much workout for the lower back
    - Lats does'nt get enough workout

    What is your experience? agree/disagree?

    Jeg kan se du er dansk s? jeg skriver bare p? dansk, men mine erfaringer med Sheiko er forholdsvis gode... Jeg havde stor gl?de af det pga. som du selv squat-delen er super...
    Jeg k?rte sheiko1, det er den letteste udgave af programmet. Programmets sv?rhedsgrad m?les udfra hvor mange l?ft der er pr. gang. Jeg synes heller ikke at der var nok bryst, men man skal huske p? at sheiko er et styrke program og ikke et "formningsprogram".
    -Sheiko er p? 3 dage om ugen, men jeg gjorde s? bare det at jeg lavede en dag til armene og maven den 4. dag. Hvis du gerne vil fokusere p? udseendet skal du nok overveje at g?re det samme, men Sheiko er en super m?de at f? lidt ekstra kilo p? i de tunge l?ft. Jeg slackede rigtig meget i squat inden jeg startede sheiko.. Jeg tog 50 kilo i s?t, men nu l?fter jeg 90 - 100 i s?t (ass to the grass self!)...

    - Men hvis dit m?l er udseendet som jeg kunne forestille mig s? vil jeg ikke anbefale procentsprogrammer...
    Det ser ud som om du har gjort det rigtige hidtil s? bare forts?t med det. smid en masse v?gt p? i de 5 store, og ?d som en gal!
