Red face Clean diet BUT feeling sluggish during cardio :(:( - WHAT TO DO??

    Hi girls,
    I need some input please.
I do cardio twice a day about 2 hrs per day (1000 cals burnt) and about 30 mins weights.

In the morning I feel really tired when I do my cardio. At night I have more energy than I do in the morning.

My question is do you also feel sluggish during your workouts BUT deep down you know you can give more its just that your brain is tired and your body wants to work out harder... The two just don't match...

What kind of energy drinks do you drink to give you that extra boost? DO you switch drinks after a while bc your body gets used to them?

For one week I drank Max Velocity and I had the best workouts ever. Amazing. But now my body is used to is and I am back to being tired. ((

Last year I was 115 lbs now I am 160 lbs now because I got very sick. I want to lose 45 pounds and this tiredness impedes my progress.

There is no need to be doing 2 hrs of cardio a day.

Take a closer look at your diet, focus more on the weights and less on the cardio.

I answered your question in this thread:

There really is no need to be doing so much cardio, it's no wonder you're feeling knackered!

wow 2 hrs. Why so much? I think that you are wearing yourself out. Try 30 mins cardio, and 30 mins weights.
