Basically... people who don't eat healthy who always say things that annoy the hell out of you
"Why do you eat so healthy? You're not fat"
"All that protein stuff is gonna kill you"
People who load salads up with all kinds of dressing and say "This is healthy"
"Oh I would say lets go eat here, but thats probably too much calories for you"
Alot of the time I want to just say "Yeah that's why you're fat"

People who question me non-stop and criticizing me for drinking lots of water everyday. When one of my friends asked me how much water I drank a day, I said I drank 3 L a day. Then he told me that I shouldn't drink more than 2 L because it's unhealthy.
Also, there's this really small kid in my school. He's like 5'5, and weighs like... 110 - 120 pounds. He's kind of ripped, but that's only because he runs a lot and barely eats. Overall, he is REALLY REALLY small/skinny, but you can see his muscle definition. So many people in my school think he's jacked, even though his legs are the size of my arms, and his whole body is tiny. Also, this kid doesn't even work out (or at least he doesn't do **** if he goes to the gym).
People who constantly criticize me for trying to eat healthy at the school cafeteria. Even when I eat a semi-healthy lunch, people are all "wow why are you so healthy"...
Finally, I was at lunch one day, and one of my friend ate a crappy lunch. Afterwards, he grabs an orange from the fruit rack, and says "I'm eating healthy!"

Nothing irritates me. 99% of people who don't do what what we do don't know a damn thing about exercise or nutrition. That fact causes them to be parrots and spout off dumb **** they heard on Oprah or Tyra like it is factual. It's a given, there's no reason to let it get to me.
I'm sure people get irratated when they ask me about losing weight and I tell them to eat less, move more and repeat forever.

It irritates me when people assume I don't eat junk food ever. "Do you/can you eat this or that?" Uh, yes?
Or when they ask or see me take creatine and they assume i'm taking steroids.Sheiko? My journey to 1,500+ @ 165

From this morning (I eat at work, and I work in a gym...)
"wtf your breakfast... can't be good for you"
"yeah but I train like 15-18 hours per week it doesn't change anything"
Breakfast was a McD sausage McMuffin (no butter !), 1 large coffee with cream, kiddy cereals, mixed berries and a protein shake.Government is for slaves

My roommate who pays $40 a month for gym membership (as do I) and only goes (maybe) twice a month, if that, no joke at all. Every time I ask him to go he wants to take a nap because work is "too draining" for him, lol, when I just got back from work as well. "Work is my workout" he says. Last year, when he was taking classes, same story, apparently it took all of his energy to go to class for 4 hours....
And, he's had 4 days off this week. "I'll go with you next week cause I don't work til Friday".
Well, every day I got back from work this week he was watching Heroe's on DVD and was too "into it". And, on Tuesday, I got back from the gym after work (at about 5PM) and he and his GF were drunk and said they had been drinking since 2PM....on a damn Tuesday afternoon! WTF!? They both wonder why they are out of shape.....
Best part about it all is he wants to be a doctor. I'm not saying he can't do it, just ironic that he "never has time" for fitness. How are you going to be a doctor when you are drained after 4 hours of class?Bioforge/T-Bol log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121468331

Here are a few that come to mind:
"Dude, at your age you should only do cardio- all that muscle will turn into fat- look at Arnold now"
"You are going to do nothing but hurting yourself with that heavy of a weight- you should do more reps with lower weights and use machines to avoid injury"
"you eat too much protein" I really hate that one
"you are wasting your time jumping rope"
"the only thing deadlifts are good for is hurting your back"
"your forearms are overdeveloped"
"you need a leg day, chest day, arm day, back day, shoulders day"
"you are wasting your time stretching"
"What are you trying to prove by working out so much?"

I was out one day and these people were talking about eating and this one girl who's far out of shape goes "I don't need to workout I do crunches every morning and thats it"
My friend who asked me to train her... I asked 'Wanna come w/ me to the gym? I got a guest pass' 'Nah I don't feel like it' Than when I mentioned I may got a job as a personal trainer she jumps up 'Yo wtf you never wanna train me'
A little off topic but people who workout and eat crap all day and think just because they have a protein shake they'll be in top shape

Some of the ones that get me:
"Hey why are you shoving that potato up your ass don't you know you're supposed to eat it?!"
"OMFG did you just lick sugar off that hookers tits?"
"I can't believe you used a whole bottle of olive oil on that girls massive rack!"
Seriously people WHAT I DO WITH FOOD IS MY ****ING CHOICE.

I have a couple of friends that are Chiropractors and one of them is extremely overweight. She goes on and on about what's unhealthy and what isn't, then will order Nachos with extra sour cream. We grew up with her and her brother (The chiros) and while extremely knowledgeable about their trade and the human body, they can't seem to see the bad choices they make for themselves. They have this twisted logic about eating, where if you eat a Snickers bar you should eat an apple right after so you're training your body to "eat right". They say you shouldn't deprive your body of what it needs, but rather to supplement with healthy whole foods as well. This makes sense, except they pretty much give in to whatever temptation they want, and as a result she's very fat and he's chunky.
