I know ketosticks are not an accurate barometer, but I just started showing absolute minimum trace on Monday. Though since I started I've yet to feel any of the keto effects: bad breath, smelly piss, metal taste in mouth, sluggishness, and so on.
It was either in Mcdonalds books or somewhere else I read that fat loss begins to occur around the 2 week mark or around there so I can;t really being to say if that is happening, but I'm not all that concerned about that right now.
Is it possible for people to be in keto and have none of those effects? I mean I haven't really had a dip in energy at all since I started.

Been on keto since the 8th and I have yet to experience any of the effects.

what are your macros?
The only one i had was metallic taste.. lots of energy no sluggishness

Ketosticks don't always work, mine have worked and than stopped out of no where, I dk if my carbs went a little higher and it knocked me out of ketosis or wat, honestly as long as ure dieting and are doing the keto diet correctly u shouldn't worry, ure gonna be losing weight regardless

this is my diet nearly everday. On non-wo days i skip the dextrose and combine the shake and pecans. I'm 150, 15% bf.
4 eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 fish oil
475 - 40.5 - 6.5 - 32
protein shake
10g dextrose
160 - 0 - 0 - 24
1 oz. pecans
210 - 21 - 2 - 3
4 oz chicken thigh
4 cups broccoli
1 tbsp peanut or olive oil
2 tbsp caesar dressing
2 fish oil
570 - 32 - 8 - 27
4 eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 fish oil
475 - 40.5 - 6.5 - 32

Your diet looks fine.. some people dont get any side effects so i wouldnt worry about it.. Just keep doing what your doing
