Does anybody else include ramen noodles as a good part of their diet. I do and the nutrition facts for it look pretty good other than all the sodium. Plus its really cheap.
What do ya'll think?

well for one pack you get 10g protein, 14g of fat, 380 cals and 52 carbs. This is not bad for a 30 cent bag. You also get a good amount of cals and carbs from it. Now if you decide to eat 2 bags you get a large jump in cals and carbs. I personally cook a chicken breast and make 2 bags of ramen equaling approximately 60g protein, 30g of fat, 980 cals, and 104 carbs....
This is the science to why the great Goku got so huge on the show....Just took me 8 years to discover it...

That blows man...you would think citizens would have a discount policy or something along those lines... That would make it really hard to buy sups and food period. I spend an average of $70 a month on clean foods and another 60 every two on sups.. Congrats on your progress by the way I read about you overcoming your weight in another thread. nice gains.

Well I cook ramen in the microwave or stove top depending on how much time I have. I also drain all about a very small amount of the water out, by the time I mix in the powder the noodles have absorbed the extra water. Unless your diet consists of a relatively high sodium amount I wouldnt worry too much.
