    Smile critique me please

    Well i just wanna see what you guys/gals think of this, keeping in mind my goals' which is too lose about 10% body fat. Im at 24% now and wanna get down to 14%. Im 6'1 and weight 206. So i need to lose about 30lbs but wanna gain 15lbs back in lean muscle. Forgive me if all the exercise names are not right but i think you will get what it is. Like I have discussed im not new to working out but was very ignorant before, eating bad, taking supplements wrong, etc.

    monday= shoulders/abs/cardio
    military press x4 sets
    arnold press x 4sets
    shrugs x4 sets
    raises x4sets
    upright rows x 4sets

    tuesday=back/bicep/cardio
    lower back raises x4sets
    deadlifts x4sets
    bent over rows x4sets
    straight arm rope pull downs x4sets
    dumbell curls x4sets
    preacer curls x4sets
    barbell curls x4sets

    wednesday=legs/abs/cardio
    leg extensions x4sets
    squats x4sets
    seated leg curls x4sets
    seated calf raise x4sets

    thursday=chest/tricep/abs
    dumbell bench x4sets
    incline barbell x4sets
    decline dumbell x4sets
    flies x4sets
    rope pull downs x4sets
    reverse grip tricep pushdowns x4sets
    tricep extensions x4sets

    friday=cardio/abs

    now all cardio my cardio is around 40 minutes. I walk at about 3.6 mph at a 15 grade incline. i usually burn around 650 calories. all my set are started with a warm up the 4 sets. For weight go to failure which I shoot for at around 10-15 reps per set with every set increasing in weight.

    So please critique me and let me know if i am on the right path to my goals. Tell em what i need to change or add.

    It does not sound to me like you have enough knowledge to be constructing your own routine.

    ok fair enough but why, you didnt give me an reason as to why, so what is wrong with the routine?.

    never mind I apologize, i just read the sticky, im new to this forum thing aswell, sorry again to anyone offended and i will get a pre made routine and hey atleast i man enough to say sorry when im wrong hahah.
