Lol not really but heres a simple recipe for a good rounded shake which to me taste just like cinnamon toast crunch.
12-16 milk (I used 8 oz skim, 8 oz soy for this one)
1/12 to 2 scoops of Myofusion Vanilla (I say myofusion because there vanilla has a distinct flavor which to me tastes better than others for this recipie)
2/3 cup Oat Flour
Cinnamon Sugar (or just plain cinnamon if your watching your carbs) sprinkled to taste.
This actually mixes really well in a plain old shaker cup. Very smooth consistency compared to just using plain oats.
