I don't eat fatty foods. I stopped drinking milk a long time ago ( I drink it ocassionally), and all I eat is tuna and bread. I notice that my muscles get depleted too quick in the gym. I get to the point were I'm not even reaching muscle failure and my muscles just don't have any more juice. They stop responding, so I cannot get to muscle failure and squeeze the last one or two most important reps. What can I do about this? I take Uni-Liver pills throughout the day and I take my ON multivitamins. I know I've been lazy about buying food and my nutrition hasn't been optimal. I'm surviving on ON whey shakes throughout the day (laziness, really) and just have a meal of a can of tuna with a bit of Tabasco sauce, a tablespoon of olive oil and two slices of whole bread. Today I bought a bag of chicken breasts and a bag of potatoes. I just cooked me two breasts in a pan with a tablespoon of I can't Believe It's Not Butter and I used a tablespoon of the "butter" on two potatoes. I'm trying to bulk, because my arms are skinny. Everything grows except my arms. I'm religiously following form and rest periods. Should I start pigging out and forget about the little bit of abs that show? I just want to be able to finish my workouts and kill my arms so they grow. I want to have bigger arms for next summer.

Does not eating enough fats have to do with poor performance at the gym?

I'm not doing "much" arm work, Rodz. I have my normal routine for the week. I just notice that my arms give up before the rest of my body, and they don't grow at all. My chest blows up just by looking at the bench. Same with my legs.

I'm not sure you're eating enough to grow. Relying on shake and two slices of WW bread doesn't seem enough.
If you want big arms, stop focusing on them and do big compounf lifts deadlift, pulls-up (best exercise for bi's IMO), chins-up, rows. No need to do tons of isolation work. Try drag curls as well.

I do all those exercises. Let me repeat myself: I'm NOT focusing on my arms, man. Not physically. I do my normal workout. I'm just saying that I notice that they seem to not grow. So yeah, I'm focusing on them but mentally, just because it bugs me that they don't grow, lol. I'm going to sort out my nutrition. I know it's sub-par, but it's always nice to read what others have to say even if I know it already.
